What can you do with 3000 rupees

This isn’t just a story, it’s a hope of a little boy. I would have never known the real value or what can be done with three thousand rupees if I haven’t met this cute little balloon seller.

I was on the road waiting for the signal to turn green on my bicycle when a balloon seller boy approached me.
Boy – brother do want a balloon, it will look good if you tie it on your bicycle.
Me – no, thanks.
Boy – ok
(he doesn’t go, he was looking my bicycle from the corner of his eyes. And after a while he approached me again.)
Boy – how much does this bicycle cost you.
Me – three thousand.
Boy – I also want to buy a bicycle like this.
Me – then why don’t you buy, ask your father to buy for you.
Boy – my father is no more, but I’m collecting money for it.
Me – so, how much have you collected till now.
Boy – 720 rupees.
Me – it’s very less, it will take you a long to collect 3000.
Boy – yes I know but I have to give money sometimes to my mother, when she can’t go to work.
Me – what does your mother do?
Boy – my mother wash dishes and clothes in neighbors house.
Me – oh, and why do you want a bicycle.
Boy – so that I can sell newspapers also with balloon, I tried once but the bundle of newspapers was very heavy. I will also help my mother to bring water and vegetables for house with it, she has to carry water bucket for 2 kilometers. I don’t want her to work in houses which are very far, she has joint pain.
(I was just looking at his his innocent and cute face, he was just 8 or 9. The signal turned green, I bought two balloons from him and said good luck and bye.)
Then I took u turn towards my home and thought why did I fight with my mother for just a new matching bicycle helmet, when I have one already at my home.
I reached home and returned the money back and said sorry to her. If you eat three times a day and you have a house to live then you are lucky. We should value what we have.

How to reduce belly fat

Reducing belly fats is ofcourse a big challenge, fats have became a common problem for everyone these days. Due to our day to day eating habits we are losing our figure, everyone love to eat junk food (burger is my favourite) but fitness is also necessary. Healthy body leads to a happy life.

It's not always that fats are bad, let me tell you if you are a woman and your belly measures 36-38 it's fine and in male 40-42 no big deal. Fats acts as cushion to our body organs but excess fats leads to high blood pressure. So you should focus to reduce extra weights from your body which are called visceral fats.
















DIET
Take a lot of water everyday, 3-4 litres. Water increases metabolic process and make it easy to loose fat.
Start taking a glass of warm water with 2 spoons of lemon juice in the morning.
Proteins are very helpful if you are exercising, it will help you to loose fat and build muscles.
Try to keep distance from junk foods, pastries, or fried foods. Sometimes it’s ok but try not be regular.
A good amount of sleep is also necessary to reduce fat, while we sleep our metabolic activities increases.

WORKOUTS (without gym)
Planks – lay down on your hands elbow keeping your hips straight and look forward. Try this for 30-40 seconds first and then increase your time. 3 reps













Side planks – keep your weight on elbow of one hand and move your hips up and down without touching with ground. 3 reps.













Crunches – lay down on the with your face towards ceiling. Uphold your legs in air and move your chest towards your knee by contracting your stomach. Try this 6-10 reps.













Hanging crunches – hang on a bar or rod and bring your legs up as much as you can without folding your knees so that stomach can get the contraction. 10-15 reps

  1. First thing any girl notices is definitely looks, who said looks doesn't matter, but it's not necessary to have a look like Hrithik Roshan. You should have a cleaned, groomed face with a smile, that's enough. After all we are all god's creation.
  2. Girls are very sensitive about hygiene, nails, hairs, or your body odour. In the brain of females the number of cells are approximately 1.5 times than males, so may be the odour of body can irritate her. It's not difficult to bath once a day, ok once in two days should be must or apply some deodrants. you should take care of your beard and nails, they are well trimmed or not. If you look like a monkey not only girls, everyone will try to keep a safe distance from you.
  3. Now comes the dressing style, it's very necessary to dress well not only to attract girls but for confidence too. If you dress well you will not loose your confidence. So, you should not wear dirty or shabby clothes with stretch on it. Clothes should fit you, not too much tight also. You can understand it through the picture below.
  4. After the physical appearances girls notice your talking style and confidence, that doesn't mean you have to throw your hands and move like a filmy hero while talking, just be humble and confident. Now over confidence or rude behaviour can kill your first impression.

And ofcourse a good built muscle can attract them, any girl will mostly prefer a man with good physique over a fat guy. How to stop hairfall

Do you want to stop your hairfall. Hairfall can be very painful, either you are a girl or a boy. So, we will come to know five simple yet powerful tips to prevent hairfall.

FIVE STEPS TO STOP HAIRFALL

  1. The very first step is to keep your scalp clean, by applying shampoo & conditioner and thoroughly rinsing during bath. Dirt and dandruff can cause weakness in roots of hair. You can apply lemon juice if you are facing dandruff problem, just take a slice of lemon and and rub it by side parting your hair leave it for 10-15 minutes, then rinse it. 

  2. Uses of shampoo also matters a lot, don't use harsh shampoos they can make your hair thin and damaged. As an alternative option sometimes yiu can also use fuller's earth on your scalp, it has a lot of benefits and also natural with no side effects. Use the shampoo which suits you best. After applying shampoo on your hair rinse it properly two times so that no chemical gets accumulated on your scalp.
  3. Oil and massage your hair atleast two times a week. I personally use coconut oil, you can also use olive oil or mustard oil. Take oil and heat it for a while and then gently massage your scalp before you sleep for 10 minutes. Heated oil reaches to the roots of your hair and nourishes it from the root and massage increases blood circulation that improves hair growth.

  4. You should definitely apply hair mask on your hair atleast once in a month. It's very easy to prepare it naturally at home. Just go to market and purchase dried amla, reetha, and sikakai then soak it for a night and next day grind it properly and apply it on your hair, leave it for 30-50 minutes and then rinse. It is very beneficial and has no side effects.
 And the last one is if your hair is getting low volume. Apply onion juice on your scalp for 2-3 weeks. Try it apply it daily but you can also apply on alternative days. Steps are very simple take a onion grind it and take out it's juice and apply it through cotton directly on your scalp, then rinse after 30 minutes. Give this method  some time and you will see the results.
